The Project
Ivanhoe Cambridge wanted to transform seasonal moments in their shopping centers from passive decoration into active shopper engagement. Holiday seasons drive high foot traffic, but without a mechanism for capturing shopper data and building direct relationships, that traffic passes through without creating lasting commercial value.
Axis4 designed and deployed interactive holiday and seasonal experiences across Ivanhoe Cambridge shopping centers. The installations were built to engage shoppers actively, not just attract attention: visitors participated in experiences that captured contact information, preferences, and intent signals.
The Ivanhoe Cambridge work demonstrates that connected retail technology serves property operators and landlords as well as brands. The shopping center itself becomes a media and data asset when the physical experience is instrumented with the right technology.
