Samsung needed an interactive product hub for Best Buy US that could showcase its ecosystem of devices through guided exploration and hands-on comparison. The challenge in consumer electronics retail is that product complexity outpaces what static signage or floor staff can communicate effectively. Shoppers need to interact with the products, compare specifications in context, and understand how devices work together.
Axis4 built the interactive experience station in collaboration with Valtech, providing guided product comparison and demo capabilities. The hub allows shoppers to explore Samsung devices by use case, compare models side by side, and access detailed feature explanations, all managed and updated through Crystal XM.
The Best Buy US deployment demonstrates Axis4's ability to operate within complex retail ecosystems that involve multiple stakeholders, including the brand, the retailer, and third-party implementation partners.
